The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

It is located on a plot shared with two other houses. Each of them has its own individual, fenced area with privacy. Only the access area is shared.

Chalet 500m from the beach with garden and private parking, outdoor shower, barbecue, mosquito nets on windows and wifi from June to September (outside this period on request). Located in a prime area, opposite the Trafalgar Lighthouse and surrounded by the Breña and Marismas de Barbate Natural Park. The area is quiet and you can walk to the beach.

For pets, a one-time payment per pet of €20 will be charged in addition to the total, for cleaning, payment will be made in cash upon arrival. We don't supply towels.
