Spacious and comfortable, apartment of 38 m² with 2 bedrooms, air-conditioned, private access, wi-fi and parking in a residence of small villas with communal pool (opening 15/06-15/09), near the most beautiful beach of Cap d 'Agde and the port, next to the golf and facing Aqualand, and next to all shops. Rentals Amarantes, 2 classified housing, 2 atmospheres, but same requirements of hospitality, comfort and quality services to discover on the site. End cleaning not included.

Duplex sea view apartment + south-facing terrace

My place is less than 100m from the beach. The sea view is exceptional from the spacious terrace facing south and equipped with a large electric blind. You will appreciate my accommodation for its ideal location very close to shops and restaurants in the city center and yet quiet. A room upstairs can accommodate 3 people . A click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers .
