Our great proximity to hiking trails and skiing was mentioned in Travel and Leisure's "Best Small Towns in the Catskills" feature in 2022. This groovy unit is located between Belleayre and Plattekill mountains and is close to cool towns like Andes, Flesichmans, Pine Hill and Roxbury. Well behaved and housebroken pets are welcome for a $50 fee. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. Please see the other details to note, including that the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Please ask for a grill for cooking meat and greasy food. Thank you!

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
