Monthly Rentals in Capitol Hill

Sherry's place was by far one of the best AirBNB's we have stayed in. It was a beautiful home, in a wonderful, walkable area. It was very convenient for metro and was in a very pretty, safe neighborhood. We got to see everything we wanted to see, had some great meals, and got to come home each night to a clean, very well-stocked home that had everything we needed (and more!) Sherry was so friendly, responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure to talk with her. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again if I am ever back in D.C.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Quiet, comfortable and very nicely decorated. And the hosts were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Very highly recommended.

We loved our stay at John’s! He stocked the fridge with snacks before our arrival and had a detailed list of recommendations and amenities for us to peruse. It was a cozy and clean place to stay with many walkable restaurants and tourist attractions. He was also a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend!!

Morgan's place was the perfect place to stay for our trip with our baby to Washington DC. Great for a small family. On our last day, Morgan was so accommodating by letting us keep our luggage in the place while we killed time before our late flight. We are so grateful for that! This place was so convenient to everything. 10-15 min walk to the Eastern Market Metro station allowed us to see everything we wanted to see. I fell in love with the city, and I will definitely be back. Morgan was responsive to our needs and we highly recommend staying here for a short DC vacation!
