Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

A gem of tranquility and beauty. Staying at Marcello's Cove House was simply a wonderful experience. From the first moment, you can feel the meticulous care dedicated to every detail, making the environment welcoming and refined. The cleanliness is impeccable. The real highlight is undoubtedly the garden and the porch: fantastic outdoor spaces, designed to fully enjoy the conviviality. We spent unforgettable evenings dining outdoors immersed in an oasis of peace and beauty. The location is strategic: a short walk from the sea and all the necessary amenities, but at the same time secluded enough to ensure priceless privacy. A real retreat to get away from the routine. Mr. Giovanni was a very attentive and helpful host. I can only highly recommend Marcello's Cove House to anyone looking for a well-kept, comfortable home with outdoor spaces to live with a 4-legged friend.

Optimal location for walking to the beach. You have a view of the sea, a beautiful terrace with outdoor barbecue and much more. The beach is wonderful. We had an e-bike with what you need if you want to go uphill to the best baker. We highly recommend the place.

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

Check-in kindly early in the morning. Recently renovated cozy apartment, equipped with all amenities, from the coffee maker to the dishwasher. Within walking distance of the sea and the center of Marciana M. Free parking near the apartment, always parked without difficulty. Very available and super attentive host with advice and tips for our vacation, in fact during our stay he inquired several times if everything was ok.. we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. The small town is very lively even during the off season. The place is great for 4. Well located for discovering Elbe.

A small apartment in the historic center of Piombino, a stone's throw from the sea and a great restaurant. We were in low season in early March, so we had no difficulty finding parking near the waterfront. Good for short stay and a couple. The host left everything you need, in addition to a breakfast, the various accessories in the bathroom, nothing is missing.

Cornelia's place was very comfy and had everything we needed! She picked us up from the town center and showed us how to get to the apartment and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and things to do - helpful but very unintrusive. We had a great time and would come back!

We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Upon arrival, Sandra was welcoming. The apartment is well located and very clean. We've never had such a clean apartment. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is well-equipped. Sandra gave us very good advice for restaurants and visits. We highly recommend this listing.

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Accommodation in a great location to reach the sea and the center of the village. Inside there are all the necessary amenities. Extremely comfortable indoor parking. Serena was very nice and approachable.

Spacious apartment and well equipped, very clean. The apartment is located in the middle of it and you can do a lot on foot. Corrado was always keen to make sure that we lacked nothing and is perfectly prepared, we received all the important information. Highly recommended, we had a very good time. Thank you!
