Holiday rentals with a patio in Carbonia

Very clean and comfortable apartment Leonida & Stefania were so helpful and very responsive at anytime, the apartment is really matching the photos in the description, lots of parking spots near to the apartment ( paid with very good price ) , it was pleasure staying and communicating with Leonida & Stefania , recommended.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared a little something for us in the form of something sweet, olive oil and schnapps and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really outstanding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the accommodation, we were easily able to take various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything and we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious and I would book it again at any time! Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

I had an incredible stay! The location is unbeatable—perfect as a base to explore the area. The flat itself is so peaceful, and I loved relaxing on the lovely balcony after a day out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in a great spot!

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

We stayed at Checco's house for a week. Checco was a very good, friendly and helpful host. He responded very flexibly to our nightly arrival and return times. The house is located on a fantastic beach within walking distance. The view of the sea from the covered terrace is beautiful. There are many beautiful beaches and opportunities for hiking in the area. The capital Cagliari is about 30 km away. We were very pleased and would love to come again. Thank you Checco.

We had a very pleasant holiday, the accommodation is very well located, in a small village with all amenities (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, ice cream shop, ...) and a pretty beach nearby. Andrea is an available and friendly host. Thanks!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

I stayed with 2 friends, the house is tidy and offers all the amenities described. Extreme flexibility for check-in and check-out. Close to the center of Cagliari, which you can reach well by car and public transport. The hosts are very helpful and hospitable, difficult to ask for better! 😀

Spacious, very clean apartment, a short walk from downtown and exactly as you can see in the photos. Quite stocked kitchen, maybe some pans are missing and I would suggest leaving condiments (oil and spices) Equipped with many towels, including the beach. I would recommend the bunk bed more for two children than adults, especially because there is little space to put your feet when you go down the ladders. We were welcomed by Mrs. Maria, very kind and super helpful. Stefania, although far away during our stay, was also always present and timely in her messages. Due to the very hot week, we suffered without air conditioning, but it is scheduled to install it for next year and that will be a great plus. In summary: highly recommended.

The stay was very pleasant, Corrado is a host available and attentive to the needs of his tenants. He provided us with clear directions on the best places to visit and the most significant attractions nearby. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the necessary amenities and large outdoor spaces; the price is absolutely worth the accommodation offered, if we return to the area we will definitely think of Corrado!

The rooftop terrace was the nonplusultra. Really great. We had breakfast and bathed there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. There was nothing missing in the apartment! We got the coffee right away vis a vis, was very convenient!

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.
