Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with a large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. In high summer pleasantly cool, as the lower ground floor. It doesn't even take a minute to the beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I was able to use for free. It's just a few minutes walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Thank you Helmut and team for a wonderful week on the Faakersee. We had a truly restful week in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for us and your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. This was our best AirBnB to date.

Me, my husband and our 2 dogs stayed at Dafinas's place for a few days and we totally loved it. It was very clean. The amenities was exactly as described, one has to only bring clothes and everything else is provided. We enjoyed swimming right in front of the house. We will definitely coming again.

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ spa area with indoor/ outdoor pool was included. Breakfast and restaurant at the house are recommended. Great location right by the lake with direct access to swimming, bar and food right on the water - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

Top apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Wörthersee. Everything extremely clean and well equipped. There are even books on things worth seeing for the area. Two garage spaces are included and you can take the elevator directly to the apartment. The garage is also new and super well maintained. You like to stand there with your car. Elisabeth is very friendly and responds quickly. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Very well maintained, very modern and fully equipped apartment with everything you need - ideal for relaxing directly. Roller shutter, awning, lounge furniture, loungers, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, air conditioning,... nothing is missing. We have known the house and surroundings for a long time, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to enjoy. A quiet house, not quite central but ideal for hiking, biking or just relaxing and swimming on the large sunbathing area with direct lake access. Thanks a lot!

Great place, very nice cottage, fantastic view, the private access to the lake is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much, slept great and recovered well and will be back next year. It's all there, as described. Nothing is missing. And the surroundings are wonderful, great nature, beautiful excursion possibilities, quiet hikes and the water in the lake is wonderful, visually and qualitatively. The contact with Rico was very straightforward and super nice.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment, everything was great: location , equipment, lake access...... Communication was also always very fast. We will definitely return in any case.
