In the heart of Telfs/Tyrol, a cozy corner terraced house awaits its guests. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 separate rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. The common area on the first floor is ideal for cooking, eating, relaxing and playing. Telfs offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a climbing hall, a year-round ice rink, proximity to ski and cross-country ski resorts (Seefeld, Leutasch), shopping and access to the Mieminger Boden, a hiking paradise. Try it out, it's fun!

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. Guests can also use a "electricity filling station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay an extra charge of €15/ night per pet.

The local mountain "Karren" as well as the "Rappenlochschlucht" also offer many excursion and hiking opportunities for all ages.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
