Featuring bar height comfortable poly wood ( non rust) furniture, and seven foot umbrella for shade from the evening sun for sensitive skin. You're just a few steps away from the Ocean Grill and Tiki bar ( family friendly) famed for their shrimp tocos. Sunrise and sunset views from this breezy spot in the best location at CB for walkability to restaurants and entertainment without being in the midst of the bars, etc. Ocean peek from the private deck just across the street from beach access. Newer appliances and furnishings. Only one stairway up, for convenient loading from designated parking spaces directly under the condo. Kid-friendly!

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.
