Monthly Rentals in Carroll Township

Every day we were at this place, we said how grateful we were it was available. The apartment is very private. The homeowners had company and people came and went, but there was no noise on our end of the building. A+ The kitchen had more than we could use (including a waffle maker). T-Fal pots and pans. Plenty of teas, coffees, and snacks. Bathroom was very, very clean. Shower was standard, but plenty of water pressure. Toilet had a round seat. Bedroom was great and comfortable with ceiling fan above the soft queen bed. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. A place we are looking forward to returning to again in the future, if possible. So relaxing and restful. We can’t wait to try the patio with fire pit and grill. Each day we saw more and more deer, birds, and other wildlife - but hardly any people. It ticks the boxes for private, quiet, and very, very clean.

Christine was an excellent host - she was so accommodating when we had to arrive late to the cottage. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Clean and quiet place. One of us was a bit unwell during the stay and it was nice to be in peaceful surroundings. Both Cheri and John were friendly and hospitable.

I would say one of the best hosts I met during my airbnb stays. Joe is a friendly person with good experience on hosting. Always helpful with tips. Very proactive. This one bedroom is on the second floor with all amenities except dish washer. Kitchen has electric equipment. This is close to everything mechanicsburg can offer. 8 minutes drive, you can reach new side of mechanicsburg. Deloitte office is 5 minutes drive. Many restaurants are close by. There is a nice backyard which is common to everyone staying in that building. Lots of sunlight to the big living room and bedroom as well. I would stay here anytime in the future. Parking on the street is not a problem as you get plenty parking in the area most of the time.
