Mountains, beach, tennis, golf, shops (Coop and Migros), restaurants and train station are a few minutes walk from the apartment. The Saturday market in Ponte Tresa (IT) is 5 minutes away by public transport or car, Luino in approx. 20-30 minutes.

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
