Ammodernato con cura (e con piscina), questo spazio incarna le radici del buon vivere toscano – oliveta attrezzata composta da un pergola con tavolo e bagno, un giardino con amaca e all'ombra di pini e cipressi, con sedie, sdraio e dondolo, si può ammirare le dolci colline del Chianti. Resede attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. E' presente una bella piscina sopraelevata con alcuni giochi e barbecue Forma la proprietà, oltre la colonica, un’oliveta di circa 1 ettaro, nella quale si è ricavato spazi attrezzati adibiti ad un completo relax. La Suite ha un ingresso privato che porta direttamente al piano superiore della colonica, permettendo la massima privacy agli ospiti. La colonica è parte di un piccolo vecchio borgo abitato da 4 unità familiari molto discreti e simpatici. La superficie della suite è di 90 mq ed è composta da tinello con angolo cottura, ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una mansarda abitabile (particolare la porticina di dimensioni 1,2 mt) con 3 letti singoli. Ambiente molto luminoso e immerso nella completa tranquillità della campagna è dotato di aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, wifi free 24 ore. I proprietari mettono a disposizione la zona lavanderia. parcheggio privato scoperto. i proprietari lieti di accogliere i loro ospiti, si mettono a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problemi. Il piccolo borgo è abitato da altre tre famiglie molto gentile e discrete, pronte ad aiutare l'ospite. Tavarnelle dista km 25 da Firenze, 15 da San Gimignano, 35 da Siena. - A breve saranno visibile le immagini dell'esterno, piscina, giardino e oliveta attrezzata. Chiediamo cortesemente di attendere. La struttura ricettiva è distante dal centro di Tavarnelle km. 5 circa. il centro storico è dotato di tutti i servizi x il cittadino ed il turista : poste, polizia, comune, pronto soccorso, supermercato, trattorie, pizzerie, banche ecc. Inoltre nel periodo estivo si susseguono vari eventi musicali piccoli mercati artigianali infine si svolge, tutti i giovedì mattina, il classico mercato comunale. Luoghi di interesse (borghi medievali) intorno a Tavarnelle : San donato in Poggio km. 12 circa. Barberino val d'elsa km. 6. Distanze dalle città d'arte : Tavarnelle - Firenze km. 25 circa Tavarnelle - san Gimignano / Monteriggioni km. 20 circa Tavarnelle - Siena km. 35 circa. Negli spazi esterni organizzati è presente una piscina tipo FUORI TERRA, le dimensioni sono : 10 mt. X 5 mt., con profondità 1,20 mt. completa lo spazio piscina un bagno con doccia. Nel resede, gli ospiti, hanno a disposizione un bel tavolo con barbecue. Tutta l'area oliveta è a loro disposizione con la massima privacy. I proprietari, a richiesta dell'ospite, possono prenotare tour escursionistici o wine - testing appoggiandosi a professionisti. Il prezzo di eventuale prenotazione del tour non è incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno. Il piccolo borgo un tempo è stato una fortezza militare, successivamente una Pieve o luogo di culto e dall'inizio del xx secolo abitato da contadini. The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
