Small 2-room vacation home /Rustico

Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location  in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. The Wild Field Monte Generoso accommodation is a 25-minute drive from Mendrisio, located on the hill of Pianezz at 1100 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, a starting point for hiking, paragliding, and e-bike trails where hunting is prohibited. At sunset, the deer are at home, peace and tranquility are the masters. The all-wood construction, modern and bright, has a terrace overlooking the horse pasture.
