Small restored house in Montauban with access to the ring road and the city center in 5 minutes, all amenities while being outside the city. 🔹Arrival and departure in total autonomy. 🔹3 parking spaces in front of the house. (The entrance to the property is a bit narrow.) Located 9 km south of Cahors, a medieval city rich in history, and 10 km from Lalbenque, capital of the black truffle, and just 200 meters from the Chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle (GR 65), the Figuier gîte is a unique place to preserve and share. A getaway among the bushy trails of the Causses Blancs du Lot. Nature has been preserved and beautified. Humans continue to plant truffle oaks, vines and olive trees. Enjoy the breathtaking views of this fully restored building in the heart of nature. Located on an old Quercy farm, it offers a very large lot, quiet, allowing walks, relaxation and meals outside. A plancha, deckchairs, a lounge area and a garden table are at your disposal, as well as outdoor games. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. It serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.

The house is isolated, the neighbors are far away, crickets, cicadas and deer will be your only neighbors, there is no one opposite and the owners do not live on site.
