The entrance is on the patio, but the private terrace is at the rear, where there is also a path leading to the swimming pool. This path is used exclusively by the guests staying in the casinha, thereby creating a private garden within the 1.5-hectare grounds.

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
