Situé dans le charmant petit village de Castets et Castillon, l’escapade au canal est un havre de paix, idéal pour vous accueillir aussi bien pour vos visites touristiques que pour des séjours professionnels. Idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville, de toutes les commodités et à 15mn de l’autoroute A62, Bordeaux en 50 minutes. Entre terre et mer, il convient aussi bien aux amateurs du terroir pour profiter des châteaux et vignobles , plages à 1h30 et départ du Canal à 500m.

The estate includes two cottages: the Merlot cottage for 4/6 people and the Asturias cottage for 2/4 people. From the gîte, you can walk to the walks along the Garonne. Discover the prestigious vineyards of Sauternes as well as Saint-Émilion or the Château de Cazeneuve. An ideal haven of peace to recharge your batteries and enjoy our beautiful region.

With an area of 32 m2, this accommodation adjoining our house, has a large living room with a 2-seater bed area, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge as well as a private bathroom area. (Air-conditioned studio) A 2500 m2 garden with a swimming pool will be accessible to you. The village of Castets-et-Castillon is a 5-minute walk away and has a convenience store, a butcher shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant next to a canal known for its landscape and tranquility

La Réole city of Art and History, 18th century monastery, 12th century church, Canal lateral à la Garonne, walking or cycling along the banks or boat trip. 3km Aerodrome, parachute jump, Baptism of the air, Pilotage Court. 18km Bazas and its Cathedral, has 16km Sauternais country with its renowned Chateaux, as well as St Croix du Mont , Loupiac and all the Bordeaux vineyards around.

This charming duplex suite is arranged to make you spend a moment of pleasure and charm thanks to its round bed, walk-in shower, spa bath, and refined, natural and elegant decoration. It's a little love nest, a setting with a soothing/harmonious atmosphere, simple and glamorous. L'Alchimie offers its guests 54 m² dedicated to relaxation and pleasure. Children are not allowed in the suite. No pets.

The perfect place to explore Gironde, Landes and Dordogne (35 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Biscarosse, Arcachon Bay and the Landes coast).

All opening onto an outdoor terrace.
