The Pietralba n.2 villa is located in a beautiful garden of eucalyptus and pine trees with shaded private parking, outdoor showers, bbq, direct access to a pleasant beach with the availability of deckchairs and parasols. The interior offers a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room-kitchenette with balcony overlooking the sea. August: minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. Linen not included. Accommodation tax €1.50 per night.

Located inside a villa, it consists of a single room of about 20 square meters with a kitchen, a table for two, a double bed 160 x 195 cm with a container and a bathroom with a shower, TV and air conditioning. The Chalet has a terrace overlooking the sea with a small table for lunch/dinner plus two sun loungers and parasols. The chalet is about 5 minutes from the city center by walking along an uphill road. It also has parking for a small car.

The landscaped garden, surrounded by a natural stone wall, has a size of 2,300 m². New pool 10 x 4!
