Consisting of three interconnected igloo-shaped units, this special holiday home is located in the middle of a nature reserve, just 300 m from the crystal-clear sea. The rocky coasts of the reserve are flat and walkable; the conditions for swimmers and divers are ideal here. From the large property (2300 sqm) with Mediterranean vegetation you have direct access to the sea. You can also cool off in the saltwater pool while enjoying the unique view of the sea and the surrounding coast. The special design of the building and the interior make the house very special. Due to the domed roofs, there is sometimes a low ceiling height in the passages (1.82 m). You can also do a lot for your culinary well-being here, so there is a pizza oven and an outdoor grill, which is located on the veranda. Here you can spend sociable evenings. LED lights in the rock face create a pleasant atmosphere. Plemmirio is the ideal seaside resort for those who want to avoid crowded seaside resorts in order to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday. Activities nearby: The nearest fine sandy beaches are about 8 km (Lido Arenella) and about 11 km (Fontane Chianche) from the holiday home area. The house is in a strategic location for visiting Catania and Syracuse and a few kilometers from Catania airport. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people divided as follows: On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for two people, in the loft there is a double bed and a single bed. It has a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Etna, in which there is a kitchen and shower in addition to those inside. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi.

The property consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) overlooking a veranda with gazebo, a living room with sofa bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Each room has a TV.
