The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

The modern furnished holiday flat for up to 6 persons is situated in the middle of Val di Fiemme, only a few minutes away from the ski paradise Fiemme-Obereggen. The Sella Group is also within easy reach for leisure activities in summer and winter (Dolomiti SuperSki). The flat on two floors offers a modern and open living and dining area on the 1st floor and a bedroom and couch/reading area in the cosy converted attic.
