Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

Emerald Tides

Emerald Tides is a 3-bedroom house located 0.2 miles (5 minute walk) from the surf side beach access. In the opposite direction is Emerald Isle Woods Park - a nature preserve with hiking trails, a disk golf course (we provide disks) and access to the sound. Our parent's originally bought this home as their first home way back in the 1980s. Please note that this house is up on stilts and a full story above ground.
