A splendid rural stone house from the late 1800s, 35 km from Cefalù, renovated in an eclectic way by the owners with a passion for objects and the art of furnishing places with taste and originality, making the place unique and full of details that bring back the charm of Sicily of the past. The house is located within an estate of centuries-old and monumental olive trees. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation just 8 km from the sea. The breathtaking view invades all the rooms.

At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
