This charming mountain style self-contained cottage is nestled on the side of Mount Roland, Tasmania. Located on a quiet unsealed road, with stunning views of the Dasher Valley on one side and Mount Roland on the other. Only 10 minutes from Sheffield (full amenities/dining), 45 minutes from Cradle Mountain, 1 hour from Launceston and 40 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania. Relax on the private deck, pat our goats or explore nearby walking tracks, waterfalls, wineries, tasting trails, etc.

Paradise Road Farm

Relax and enjoy stunning views in one of two architecturally designed cabins, nestled in the rolling hills, just outside the town of Sheffield and on the main road to Cradle Mountain. You will be staying on our working farm that is home to platypus in the dams, a small herd of Speckle Park beef cattle and some fat and friendly goats. Wylah Cottage, Deloraine, Secluded Bush Retreat

Nestling in a forest of Peppermint Gums is Wylah Cottage, so named after the Aboriginal word for the Yellow Tailed, Black Cockatoo, which is regularly seen and heard around the property. A secluded, self contained, bush retreat, located close to all the good things Tasmania has to offer. On 55 acres of bushland, teeming with wildlife, yet only 7kms from Deloraine – on the way to Cradle Mountain, and 45 minutes to either the Devonport Ferry, or Launceston Airport.

Tarcombe House is close to the centre of historic Deloraine with it's art & craft shops, antique shops, cafes, supermarket and gorgeous Meander River walks. Perfectly situated for the annual Deloraine Craft Fair and many other tourist attractions. It is cosy and very comfortable making it a perfect getaway for 1 or 2 couples travelling together. Each bedroom has it's own private ensuite. Deloraine is close to Launceston and Devonport and Cradle Mountain.
