Apartment holiday rentals in Central Texas

Had a great experience and everything was clean. Everything you have at home is there. No need to bring pans and pots to cook. Theres also a grill! The people there are very nice and will definitely go back again.

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

We visited for my husband’s 35th birthday and it was the perfect getaway. The space was clean and pleasant to stay in and The Island is a great condo complex. We love Lago Vista!

Absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful condo with a fantastic rooftop pool and stunning city views. The location was perfect for Rainey Street and the trail, and Vivian & Ryan were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Roof top pool amazing. View of Austin is amazing. Clean, moden buildings. Best gym I have ever seen at a hotel. Great for morning walks. Fast internet. $10 uber to 6th St night life. My only kick on the place is the cost of parking. But that is fully disclosed in the discription of the apartment. $40++ a night is very steep. Over the road open parking is $35. It's valet parking. I would prefer to park my own car and make it cheaper. Not sure if there's other options close by, I didn't really look into it. Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

We will be returning and when we do, it's a no brainer that we will reach out to Marilyn!

Excellent location. Super close to Schlitterbahn, the river, and Gruene. The view off of the back balcony is great. The complex is quiet and has great security. The unit is cozy and has super comfortable beds. Whitney and Justin are very on top of everything and are super friendly and responsive. We will definitely try to book here again in the future!

The condo was great. Valet and front desk staff were friendly, the building is beautiful, and the bar/coffee shop in the lobby was so nice to have. The pool is small and was very busy but was clean and had nice lounge chairs and cabanas. The condo was clean, comfy, and decorated nicely. The only negative was the lack of lighting, especially when you’ve got four girls trying to do make-up, but the host was receptive to my suggestion for adding a lamp. Their communication was excellent.

The place had everything we needed. It was organized and they used the open space wisely. It was super quiet-because it’s April and it’s also a top level condo. The pool and spa are well taken care of and the access to the Comal was easy.

Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. I had my own parking spot inside the garage, and there were even extra guest spots in case you have more than one car, which was a huge bonus since I didn’t have to stress about finding street parking or paying for it. The instructions were very clear. At first, they seemed a bit confusing, but once I started following them step by step, everything made perfect sense. When I walked into the condo, it smelled fresh and clean, and it felt incredibly cozy, like a home away from home. It had everything I needed: all kinds of spices, dishes, pots, pans, literally EVERYTHING. They even left beach towels and sunscreen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also amazing, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was super responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had. If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll definitely book this place again. The pool was a great bonus too!

Our stay at Lady Bird Condo was the perfect location for all we had planned while visiting Austin. The gated community felt very safe and all residents were friendly. We loved being right outside the Town Lake with plenty of walking paths right along the water. We even tried paddle boarding at Epic SUP which was fantastic and affordable. We had a car but used Ubers to get downtown quickly for events, as traffic and parking can be challenging at times. Scooters and e-bikes were also readily available nearby. We were only a 15 minute drive from the airport and it was most convenient to have major roads nearby to get out on day excursions outside of the city. The condo is well-supplied with basic necessities and the in-suite laundry was a bonus for those of us that weren't aware of bat guano! Grateful to always have a comfortable bed to climb into at night with pristine clean bedding. Juno was always quick to respond to any queries we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
