Located 10 miles off I-35 in the Hill Country where you can spend time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Gruene or the day in Austin or San Antonio, about an hour away. The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.
