The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE PROPERTIES IN CENTRAL TEXAS! Nestled privately on a cliff overlooking Canyon Lake, you will be surrounded by wildlife, panoramic views, and your own private spring fed grotto. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screen porch, hike down to the lake on the nature trail used by deer and fox, and watch a spectacular Texas sunset with a view that spans from the dam to the Twin Sister peaks. We are located less than 4 miles from the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.
