On the edge of Sèvre Nantaise and in the heart of the Vendée countryside, the Louisière is a former agricultural estate where the Château, the Ferme and the Etable have formed an elegant and peaceful ensemble since 1845. Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it allows you to enjoy all the tourist attractions of the region, to discover the richness of its history, and the beauty of its landscapes. Before the renovation work, this house was an authentic stable that has retained all the charm of its history.

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Bienvenue au gîte de l’écuyer . Cadre exceptionnel pour cette maison individuelle au cœur du village, avec son jardin privatif. Promenades en forêt à partir de votre gîte. Découverte du land art, du sentier botanique de 30 mn environ, randonnées de 1h à 4h où plus avec le GR au pied du château. Restauration aux caves de Marson délicieux restaurant troglodytique de fouées (à 1mn à pied) . Visite du Cadre noir à 5mn. A 10 mn de la Loire, de Saumur et de ses nombreux sites touristiques.

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, pretty farmhouse, adjoining the owner's house. Fully equipped house, with pool table. Parking. Large outdoor space, not enclosed. Pets allowed. Possibility to come with horses, several paddocks, meadows, boxes and arena (60/20) with obstacles. Direct access to Lac de La Vouraie 35 minutes from Puy du Fou 45 minutes from the Vendée beaches Recreation center 10 minutes away Numerous hiking, cycling and equestrian trails and circuits.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located 5 min. by car from Puy du Fou and close to the village of Epesses. Sleeps up to 6 people, thanks to its two bedrooms with double beds and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outside area with terrace. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented at 10 euros per person (1 set of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Wifi connection. Pets not allowed.
