L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Ideally located between the Old Port (50 m) and Cours Estienne d'Orves (50 m), this 82 m² duplex loft is the result of the restoration of the third and last floor of a former soap factory. The century-old patina of the terracotta floor, the cathedral-style living room and the beams of old galley masts give this completely renovated place a unique character of authenticity. Located facing east, you can enjoy a 6-meter balcony to have breakfast in the sun or read a book in the deckchair. Secure parking 150 m away included. A peaceful oasis in the city!

Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, all comforts, high standing, seafront with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling game. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

Villa Les pins

Quiet place for quiet travelers... on the edge of the Parc des Calanques in a very large property, quite unique in the region, ideal for 2 people, The place is not suitable for children or pets. Sorry :) The house is disinfected after each stay. For bookings a month or more, contact me Airbnb compares prices with similar rentals, but there aren't really similar places with such large grounds and so much calm…

Terrace on the Vieux-Port

Beautiful 110 m2 apartment, elevator and beautiful frontline terrace on the Old Port. Bathed in light, triple exposure (South, North, West), completely refurbished in 2020, the apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Stunning views of the Port, Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica and the former Hôtel-Dieu, a historic and iconic building in Marseille.

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
