In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Located a few kms from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our dwelling, awaits you on the first floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with 160 cm bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. (sheets, towels, tea towels) Suitable for 2 or 3 people for a family or friends. Suitable for 2 colleagues travelling for work. Access to garden.
