The accommodation (47 m2), with a small outdoor flower space, is located in a new house (2021), in wood, in a quiet neighbourhood, with mountain views in the heart of the Champsaur. Residing on the property, we will be happy to welcome you and give you some tips and good places on our beautiful region. Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house. Accommodating a couple or small family, it is a quiet and sunny place, conducive to relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resort departures, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min away, cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Linens and towels extra: €5/bed (to be paid on site, not included in the price of the site).

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Gite in the heart of the village of Ancelle

Located in the heart of the village resort of Ancelle our cottage is furnished on the ground floor of an old farmhouse. It is located 150 m from the village square (shops, ice rink) and 200 m from the downhill ski slopes (departure of chairlift, ESF ski lessons). It has an area of 40m2 and is suitable for 4 people. It is adjacent to our house where we produce craft beers. For lovers of old stones and larches.

Domaine La Havane by Buissard

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Marie and Jérémy welcome you to their charming home in the heart of a 19th century building. Easy hiking and horseback riding, equine therapy center, La Havane de Buissard also welcomes riders and their horses. You will find all the local shops a five-minute drive to Saint Bonnet and can enjoy many sports activities as well as the beaches of the Champsaur lake.

Enjoy a morning walk in the pedestrian streets of Gap and return to drink an espresso on your beautiful terrace with stunning views of the Charance mountains. This large loft is equipped with a king-size sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with laundry, Wi-Fi and a plancha to enjoy beautiful summer evenings and the sweetness of life in Gap.

La Grange

If you want to escape for a few days, enjoy the joys of the mountain! (hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, skiing...) In the heart of the Champsaur Valley, the ideal starting point for all your activities. Sheep, cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100m2 apartment built in the old farmhouse barn.

Mountain Chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (self- and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 bed) on the garden level and another (140 bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without a microwave or dishwasher.

Cozy attic studio.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.

The 18 m2 studio is in the center of the village of Pont du Fossé, on the second floor without elevator, facing south with a 4 m2 terrace well sheltered from the weather, view of the Drac, the market square and the ice rink in winter. Parking space in the back of the residence.
