We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new-build house in a quiet area, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be delighted to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

For your stay in the mountains, we offer a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, suitable for a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, ideal for relaxing. Ideally located for hiking, ski resorts, swimming, farmers’ markets, Golf Gap-Bayard (10 minutes away), cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 minutes; Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur: 7 minutes) Please note that we do not provide bed linen or bath towels.

Ideal for SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS! Can accommodate: - one person, - a couple, - a couple with a young child who sleeps in a travel cot (available), - two friends who can occupy the 2 separate bedrooms. I no longer wish to host a couple with children or teenagers or more than two adults following some incidents... The house is non-smoking inside AND outside, thank you.
