The proposed accommodation is upstairs and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 terrace. You will have access to the common garden, equipped with a relaxation area with deckchairs and games for children. A barbecue is at your disposal.

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new-build house in a quiet area, with a view of the mountains, in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be delighted to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

In summer, the soft sound of crickets accompanies your evenings, and the coolness of the stream allows you to endure the hot nights. In winter, you can enjoy quick access to the Pelvoux ski resort by road or the Puy-Saint-Vincent ski resort (15 min) by car or bus.

For your stay in the mountains, we offer a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, suitable for a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, ideal for relaxing. Ideally located for hiking, ski resorts, swimming, farmers’ markets, Golf Gap-Bayard (10 minutes away), cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 minutes; Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur: 7 minutes) Please note that we do not provide bed linen or bath towels.

If you want to escape for a few days, enjoy the joys of the mountains! (hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, skiing...) In the heart of the Champsaur Valley, the ideal base for all your activities. Sheep, Cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100 m2 apartment built in the old barn of the farmhouse.

Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
