The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). You can get away from it all in our countryside located between land and sea, and discover our heritage along our Charente River.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
