Very nice apartment, well located (the city center of Tours is within walking distance) and well equipped. The parking is underground and secure. Pascal and Fabienne are responsive and adaptable to the check-in time. I would recommend this place for a stay in Tours.

The place was perfect. Close to the banks of the Loire and 5 minutes from the city center by car, about 15 minutes by foot along a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Well-equipped accommodation and friendly welcome, it's very appreciated.

very comfortable apartment, the stay is very quiet area you can park on the street and free ,the center is walking 15 minutes away and the communication to get out on the highway or national towards castles is perfect .

Excellent stay in Tours. Very cocooning accommodation with a lot and charm, well-equipped. It is very well located for quick access to the center (on foot or tram) while being quiet. The little touches from the hosts allowed us to make the most of our stay. Perfect!
