Warm house of 100 m2 with three bedrooms and living room open kitchen of 50 m2. Everything is available. Very well located 5 min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away from all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. You won't miss anything, and if so, I'll be there to help you. Ideal for visiting the castles of the Loire.
