Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. Located in the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise, Chenonceau...), close to Tours, vineyards and major sites of the Loire Valley, our Tourangelle house is perfect for a couple and a baby (see "other notes"). You will enjoy a sunny terrace and the wooded garden of 6000 m². We will be happy to welcome you and share with you our knowledge of Touraine (many tourist brochures available in the house).

The accommodation, upstairs of a house, includes two 15 m² bedrooms (double beds) with a bathroom and private toilet. Available on the same level, an equipped mezzanine: kitchenette, non-convertible sofa, table, 2 refrigerators, microwave, classic mini oven, two coffee makers (one with filters, the other with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto or Senséo capsules), kettle.
