This was a perfect stay. Sabine is so lovely and accommodating with wonderful recommendations. The location is a dream with the river and bike path across the street that leads to Chartres. To bike to the cathedral and skip parking was amazing. The house is beautiful, well decorated, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Sabine is right next door in the chateau if you need anything. She also had some food items and water waiting which was very thoughtful. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommend.

This is actually the second time I've come to this place because it has everything you need, everything is carefully thought out and planned... I won't hesitate to come back next time!

Geneviève's beautiful apartment was the perfect place for my extended stay. The very central location made walking anywhere in Chartres very easy and it is in a lovely part of town. The place itself is well equipped with everything one would need for an extended stay, including a nicely arranged kitchen and a washing machine. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and is very comfortable and quiet. The living area is spacious with good lighting and spaces for dining, relaxing, and working. Geneviève was incredibly responsive and kind and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful place and wonderful host!

Emilie's apartment is as advertised and as shown in the photos, easy to access with parking spaces nearby. The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped. Ideally located: 10 min from the city center (cathedral) by car. If we have to come back to Chartres we will take Emilie's place again without hesitation! Big plus for the impeccable cleanliness of the whole apartment! And Emilie's kindness!
