Apartment in unique place

This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The lake is suitable for swimming and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails, nice places and attractions in the area. The ski resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

Quiet and elegant apartments located in the heart of the village of Orcières, just 5km from the resort (free shuttle). Very bright and suitable for families, the apartment is fully equipped. A south-facing balcony will give you an unobstructed and magnificent view of the mountains and the Drac tributary. You can observe deer and chamois with binoculars. A real pleasure for nature lovers. Covered parking space and ski locker on the ground floor.

New, beautiful lake landscape, quiet residence

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
