We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

Beautiful, very comfortable accommodation consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and dining room with kitchenette located outside the accommodation. Ideal for recharging your batteries, the cottage is located in a Provencal farmhouse in the heart of nature. You will be amazed by the 380° view of the Orpierre mountains. You can visit the farm, the vegetable garden and buy tasty vegetables! This atypical accommodation is suitable for nature lovers.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Apartment for 4 people - 25 m2 with balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains, in absolute calm Sleeps 4: - bunk beds in an alcove - sofa bed in the living room. Individual ski locker closed. At the foot of the multi-sports palace (ice rink, spa, swimming pool, bowling alley, cinema and shops) Close to the ski slopes and the tourist office. Sheets, bath and dish towels are not provided.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, recent and unique gîte was built with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glazed opening on the mountains without any opposite, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the preserved and wild valley of VALGAUDEMAR in the HAUTES-ALPES. Hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing... many activities away from the big tourist complexes but so close to nature and its inhabitants. SITE SURROUNDED BY NATURE.

Treehouse with private hot tub and stunning views

Perched on stilts above the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, Chalet L'Écureuil welcomes you to its cosy, treehouse-style cabin on the edge of the forest, at the far end of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access the property via a charming 50-metre footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace features a fully private hot tub. Adults only. Babies and children not permitted.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

We offer a 30 m2 apartment, recently renovated, with a south-facing balcony. Upon arrival you will find your beds made as well as towels. Ideally located for skiing, hiking and close to shops. 200 m from the ice rink pool. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven.

Le serre de l'aigle 2 to 6 people

Our cottage is located in Rambaud, a small village located 5 minutes from Gap and its shops, 30 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and the first ski resorts. This all-wood chalet is located at the exit of the village in absolute calm and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
