The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

A private outdoor patio is presented, featuring a round table with four black chairs. Two wooden lounge chairs and a hammock are positioned for relaxation. The space is bordered by wooden fencing and adorned with potted plants, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.
