Ideal for discovering Royan, the Côte de Beauté and the whole region. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you but you can also come without a vehicle, the train station is 15-20' walk or 10' by bus (line 12 Lido stop or line 14 Zola stop).

The living area is bathed in natural light from a large window, offering ocean views. A comfortable sofa is paired with a wooden coffee table. A glass dining table is set for four. Art adorns the walls, and books are neatly organized on a shelf.

Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows, positioned against a green accent wall. Natural light enters through a window with green curtains, illuminating a wooden dresser and bedside table. Wooden beams add architectural interest to the ceiling.
