Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows, positioned against a green accent wall. Natural light enters through a window with green curtains, illuminating a wooden dresser and bedside table. Wooden beams add architectural interest to the ceiling.

Located 25 minutes from the CNPE and 1 km from the city center of Blaye (with its UNESCO World Heritage citadel) and all its amenities: bars, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco press... Parking is available in a private courtyard located in front of the accommodation and closed via an electric gate.
