Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views. It is located opposite Nauzan beach. You will be seduced by its ideal location where we do everything on foot: shops, beach, bike path, Vaux Park... The apartment is completely renovated, it is composed of an entrance, living room with its fitted and equipped kitchen and a balcony where you can eat, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom. private parking space and a private cellar for storing bikes, paddleboards... Very bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (58 m2), rated 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 6/8/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, semi-open kitchen, bedroom, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.

Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.
