Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area close to the Royan market and the city center. You can fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are brand new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for longer stays. It has a large 50 m2 terrace, south-facing, ideal for enjoying the Royan sun.

A marina is visible, dotted with numerous boats, alongside a calm waterway. Historic towers stand in the background, framed by lush trees. The scene captures people walking along the waterfront, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the area.
