It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.

Available is a terrace equipped with a barbecue, table, garden furniture. Studio with private entrance adjoining our house (we live there with our 3 children in joy and good humour, it is possible to hear them!) It has an attic room (maximum height 1.90 m, minimum 1.50 m) Watch your head! Queen size bed (160x200) with new mattress June 2025. Accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase.
