Halfway between La Rochelle, the beaches of the Atlantic and the Marais Poitevin, you can also relax on foot or by bike in our small country paths. You'll have plenty of space for your holiday with family or friends, in a bright, pastel-coloured setting with everything you need to enjoy the Poitou-Charente department or region.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Caravan 1 in the heart of an Alpaca farm

Located 15 minutes from the beaches, a wooded area of more than 2 hectares where alpacas, donkeys, ornamental chickens, goats and sheep are raised. A large swimming pool is available, and you can participate if you wish in the release of the animals from their enclosures and in the various care activities.
