The Gîte de la Vivetrie is an annex of our main house of 70 m2. Located in the heart of the South Charente countryside, 8 km from Barbezieux Saint Hilaire and close to the vineyards. Enjoy the tranquility of the premises in a 3000 m² property that is fully fenced and has no neighbors. At La Possibilité d'une île, we welcome you to the former Boyardville school, rehabilitated in eco-construction. We have created our main house there as well as two apartments available for vacation rental. The first, Trinidad, with its warm colors, evokes Cuba, an island as endearing as Oléron. The second, Azyade, in tribute to Pierre Loti, born in Rochefort and buried in Oléron, evokes in small touches the 19th century and the Middle East

Charming little fisherman's house located in the small village of La Cotinière, just a short walk to the shopping street and the beach. It consists of a beautiful open living room/kitchen, a large bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a 140/190 cm sofa bed. A bathroom/toilet. You can also enjoy a beautiful optimized terrace and fenced garden. Verisure security system upon request. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
