We offer a town house renovated in April 2022 in a quiet area but 2 min walk from the central market and 6 min from the old port of La Rochelle, so in the very center. This house has a patio but also a garage. in a residence just at the end of the street (100 meters) with a length of 4.60 m and 1.80 m in height. Once installed you can do everything on foot: the market, the pedestrian streets and the port. The ideal place to enjoy La Rochelle while sleeping peacefully.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach.
