The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Idéalement situé au cœur du centre historique de La Rochelle cet appartement de charme est un duplex de 100m2 avec suite parental, il bénéficie d'une double exposition ce qui le rend très lumineux et ne donnant pas sur la rue le calme y règne, ce qui implique aucune nuisance sonore, pas de fêtes, le respect du voisinage.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

La Demeure du Chateau BOURNAC is located in the heart of the Medoc region between the vineyards and the ocean.
