Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Charleston

The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

My husband and I had a quick one night stay here with our two kids. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the house looked like the pictures. Our pack and play fit well in one of the rooms with us. Being an older house, I expected it to be a bit creaky. I was happy with how little noise the floors made, but the doors were a little noisy to open and shut. The kitchen was clean and there were some basics like water bottles and snack bars. The host didn’t skimp on things like cheap pillows or sheets, they felt comfortable and new. We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

We really enjoyed our stay. So close to the Bearwallow trail head. Very convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

This home was perfect for our family’s overnight stay. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled in the driveway. The home is well laid out, well stocked with all sorts of extras that are always so handy to have staying in an Airbnb. Home was very clean, comfortable, the beds were nice!! Fenced yard was awesome for our dogs they absolutely loved it!! So did we knowing they were safe! Summersville is a cute place and I wish we had another night to spend there. Would definitely recommend and also would come back to Jessica’s!!

Steven & Becky are GREAT hosts! Super friendly, quick communication and clear instructions on the place. They even left us snacks! (Kid approved snacks too!) The house was squeaky clean and cool when we arrived. The Boomer Bungalow is a cute house and feels just like home. I definitely would recommend staying here and I certainly would come back.

We stayed for 3 nights. Good base to explore the area and see our daughter at UC. Property is very spacious, comfortable with all facilities you need for a short or longer stay. No complaints. Would recommend.

This place was exactly what I needed for my work trip — just like the photos, clean, quiet, and beautifully put together. The host left clear, thoughtful instructions, and I really appreciated their flexibility with check-in. I was able to freshen up and unpack before an evening meeting, and it felt so good to come back afterward and immediately relax. The space had everything I needed — plenty of room, great amenities, and it didn’t feel like staying in a hotel where you have to share your entire life just to check in. I loved the simple self-check-in process with a code — no fuss, no awkward timing, just easy and comfortable. The location is ideal, close to everything — gas, food, coffee, and the main part of town. Overall, a perfect home base for a business trip. I’d absolutely stay again!

We very much enjoyed staying at David’s, and will be back. It’s perfect for a couple. The home was very clean, had all needed amenities and was very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable, and the entire space was squeaky clean. David provided details on local restaurants and hiking trails too.

Great place for our stay while in town. It was great to be able yo bring the dogs along with us. Extremely responsive and great to work with. Snacks were a great touch

Tracy’s place was perfect for myself and my friend! We wanted to explore the national park and surrounding areas and it was the perfect home base for that. The house is adorable and clean and has all the comforts of home as well as a few extras that made it an exceptional stay! I highly recommend Tracy’s place!

I would highly recommend. The house was clean and cozy. It also had everything I needed, including washer / drier and kitchen. Diana was super helpful and I appreciated all the snacks she left for when I arrived. 5/5 stars.

Words can not express how amazing my stay was. First the location of the apartment is in the cutest little town , like something out of a hallmark movie. The host left clear instructions on how to get in and even left the lights on for me because arrived late at night. When I opened the door to the place it not only looked like the photos but even better in person! The place was clean, had all the amenities one would need for a stay and it was cozy, modern and I felt right at home. Even when I had to extend my stay the host was helpful and responded with a timely manner with the updated pricing, Pamela was also responsive and such a kind person to have as a host. I would definitely recommend this stay for future guest!

We stayed there for the night on the way from Georgia to Niagara Falls .Great place . Felt at home ,very quite and safe . Plenty of room and there was a lot of beautiful places to see around . We did the tour around the New bridge. Was great highly recommended . Thanks for the stay God bless always.

Great place to leave

We had a great time at the lodge. We got clear directions to the home. It was very rainy on arrival, so Bobbie met us near the home to guide us to the home. She walked us through the home and made a welcome tray. The lifesaver was the food for the next morning. We arrived at 7:30pm and having basic groceries in the home already was the best feeling especially when we didn’t know the town, we didn’t have to wonder to find a grocery store late at night and we could just unpack and unwind after a long day. The home was impeccable for being such a large property. We had overlooked the beds for the kids and she offered me a mattress and two air mattresses, she showed us where they were stored and she had extra linens in almost every room. We were a group of 14 from kids age 6 up to adults age 78. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the home, the views from the back deck and seeing the animals gracing through the day. Bobbie is by far the next property manager we’ve ever met. We loved it!
