A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", it is indeed a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've maximised the space. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Chateau-Gontier. Possibility of free street parking.

Very nice apartment in castle gontier for stays more or less long ,a day/night or more... You can visit the "Refuge de l 'arche" (animal park) Near the river ,on the way to the "françette a vélo" ideal for walks. Easy parking and close to downtown Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.
