New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

À 5 min du centre de Poitiers et situé dans un quartier paisible, cet appartement pour 2 personnes est idéal pour un séjour détente. Pièce à vivre avec TV et Netflix, table à plateau relevable, cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec douche. Jardin privatif sans vis-à-vis, salon de jardin élégant et jacuzzi chauffé avec douche extérieure sont les grands atouts de ce charmant appartement. Que vous soyez en couple ou entre amis, il vous permettra de découvrir la région de Poitiers.

Notre appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin, situé au bord de la rivière. Le hameau est à 2 km à Châtellerault Sud, sortie autoroute, juste avant le Futuroscope. C'est un endroit très calme, entouré de verdure et situé en bordure de rivière. Le département de la Vienne est riche de sites touristiques. L'appartement est chaleureux et refait entièrement avec jolies prestations. Les propriétaires seront présents pour accueillir les hôtes.
