Very quiet and spacious accommodation. The location is perfect and the directions are very clear. The balcony is very nice in case of good weather and the residence is quiet and secure . I would be happy to come back!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations: space, comfort, well-equipped,...and above all a haven of peace with a garden/terrace and a beautiful library. Excellent welcome from Cécile: responsive and caring. The neighborhood is quiet with local shops. In less than 20 minutes from Montparnasse train station by public transport. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

After initial difficulties, as there was an extremely noisy construction site just below our room on the street, we felt comfortable as we got a new apartment to the backyard. To the apartment: Good amenities, except for the missing oven, which in my opinion belongs to a kitchen called "complete". Also, the dishwasher is very small and there could be a little more cutlery. 3 Benefits of the Home: + super garage parking space + Great connections + great communication 3 downsides: - narrow - but comfortable - beds - No oven - very small dishwasher on the whole, I recommend the place and would come back. Close to bus and tram stops. easy to reach, quiet neighborhood, organized building. Parking needs to get smart, big car is harder to park.
