Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.

The medieval castle features round towers topped with conical roofs, surrounded by lush greenery. A stone archway leads into the courtyard, with a tranquil water feature reflecting the structure across the moat. The warm stone walls exhibit weathered textures, showcasing the castle's historic charm.

Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
